Returns & Refunds

If your order is not right for you, we are here to help with a clear return process.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To start, contact us at info@mogo3pro.shop with your order details.

Condition of returned items

Please return the product with its included accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Refund timing

Once the return has been received and processed, refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.
